Dead of Night - Zombie Defense
Play Here: Dead of Night

Dead of Night is another zombie defense game with many fun aspects. Several upgrades, mercenaries, barricades, actual ammo consumption, and…braaaaaaiiinnnnnssss. The graphics remind me alot of Protector, in a good way of course.
Basics: You start out with 3 characters. A gunmen (has 15 life and you control his shots), a Medic (has 5 life and passively heals your mercenaries, barricades, and main 3 characters), and finally a Scientist (has 5 life and passively increases damage by pointing out weak points in the zombie). Before I go into more detail I think the Scientist was a stupid idea, I mean weak points in a zombie? Hmm the head maybe? Okay now that I’m done ranting, there are 2 different kinds of barricades; wood (doesnt last long, $20) and steel (sure lasts longer than wood, $40). The mercenaries are pretty cool they are $250 each and have their own leveling system. You can also lay mines out for the zombie horde to explode into a billion pieces with blood and gore flying everywhere…actually they just start on fire and die off quickly…how boring. You have 2 different upgrades for your gun, your damage and your reload time.
There is only one type of enemy as far as I played and that was just the zombies, of course they do get alot tougher…alot tougher.
Upon noticing just how many zombie articles we have I wonder if zombies and humans would ever just get along. Imagine a zombie as a pet, they’d be loyal as hell because they’d be too stupid to think otherwise. Also what is the zombie fascination with brains? It’s not like eating brains will make them smart again or something? They should just as well go for the muscle or heart or whatever, but no it’s always the brains on the gushy mind of these zombies.
