Tonight I’m playing an abnormally high number of space shooters. It reminds me of the NES days.

I’ve long been anti-graphics when it comes to compromising gameplay. I may have to retract my hate for pixel bliss by 20% on this game. It is one of the most graphically pleasing Flash games around. This isn’t to say the gameplay sucks, it feels like a quality platform shooter all around. I think it this game were to launch as an NES back in the 90s it would easily be on the top sellers list.

Unlike most games of this genre. Your ship just doesn’t randomly upgrade as you pick up power-ups. You actually have a workshop and are required to sacrifice points for weapons.
