Remember Bubble Bobble for the NES? Someone finally recreated it in flash as a playable game online. Even though the original Bubble Bobble was a little on the “fairy” side I still thought it had great gameplay, a nice coop mode and it was based on a unique concept. Other than the fairly theme I didn’t think the game had any major drawbacks at the time.

If it would have been developed now I would have expected at least an inventory and character development system though.
