Another totally idiotic anti-games statement is being created in form of a movie adaptation. Moral Combat is a Spencer Halpin directed movie that pretty much states that games were the main reason that caused September 11th.

Guess who the main character is? No, it’s not Uwe Boll. It’s better than that - our favorite lawyer Jack Thompson. The movie will tell us all about violence in video games and how it affects our _minds_. Or in other words, that by playing GTA you become a pimp and start killing people.

The Hot Coffee scandal comes to mind, where Jack Thompson gave GTA 4 an “M” rating after an exploit was found that unlocked hidden content, allowing you to play a mini sex game.

The budget is around $1 mil, so it will be mostly Jack bragging about how bad games are. I think I’ll get drunk and watch it.
