This game is a bit hard in some cases but nevertheless there is a pattern in every step you take. If you try to do the same level over and over with the same step, you will see that the AI will do the same move they did, hence that made the game easy. The final stage was a bit challenging but when you memorize the moves, heck it would be easy as pie. The game is great but kinda short. Also having one character makes the game too slow before your turn reached you again. Sometimes I play other flash games while playing Strategy Defense due to slow game play. One thing I liked was the shop system, you can buy something and sell it at the original price. How convenient is that! Still a great game to spend time though I finished the game in 2 days. (Second day I was watching animes while playing the game) ^_^

If you want more harder games try http://canz.net it has a lot of games (5,000+) and a lot of strategy games too

I though this was an above average adventure game, but at times a bit difficult.

As far as strategic games go I agree with Tutalang, it is a bit slow.

Strategy Defense comes out of the same vein as Tactics 100 or Arena Tactics. Gameplay actually reminds me of the good old Shining Force days.

There are really only 3 things I don’t like about this game.

1) You only play a single character. Strategy games like this really should involve a team of heros all with different skill sets.
2) You have no control over how your character develops from level to level. I always love to allocate skill points. That is half the fun of playing an RPG.
3) Items are limited. I would like to be able to use more than just a handful of different arrow that all seem to do the same thing only separated by an animation.

I’ve only played through 5-6 levels so all 3 things I dislike about the game may well change later on in the game. I do like the way these games are played in general. I would like to see a lot more of this in the Flash/Online genre.
