RPG Tower Defense - Beta Release
For the last week I have been working with Bobby from eAlienSoft to develop a new tower defense game (RPG Tower Defense). You can play the beta version here. The game is very stable and playable, we even have a high score list. Never the less, RPG TD is still early in development so we would really appreciate it if you could test the game and tell us what you think in the forum. Ideas are always welcome.
Here are a few features currently available:
3 Tower types (human, elven, dwarven)
5 Element combinations per tower (Fire, Ice, Poison, Arrow, Splash)
Upgrade towers!!
3 Enemy Races (trolls, goblins, orcs)
3 Paths (1 for each enemy race)
5% Gold Interest per round
High Scores
Features yet to be added:
Upgraded user interface and graphics (coming soon)
Campaign Mode!!
Additional Maps
Heroes with AI
Supply Routes
Additional Buildings
Much more…

The new user interface is up and running. This makes the game much easier to purchase and upgrade towers. You can also see all your tower stats if you click on a tower.

I dont have shockwave and it wont let me install… everytime I go to website it shuts off all my programs i woudl love to try this td though… any idea on how i coudl get into the Shockwave website?

Try going to adobe.com and dowload shockwave install from there. Usually it should download automatically though thats wierd.

When i go to that website it asks me to turn on shockwave “which is stupid cuz I don’t have it”… in other words… I can’t get to the website to download it…

lol i agree with u all the way i played td on warcraft three became addicted lost my disk and now have to play internet ones lol this is the best place to go lol.

Honestly the best online game ive ever played including downloaded games.One addition could be new ways of gathering money and resources.

What the hell??? The link takes me to another game called rpg tower defense. I’ve played that other game before and it doesn’t have any of the features this game is supposed to have. Where exactly can I find this game?

this graphics suk,,,,,, go out and get a life i look 4 1 good statergy game (tower defence) and there these great reviews 2 a sucky game id rather gouge my ears out with a needle and poke out my eye with a spoon….. SO GET A LIFE!!!!!! and btw this game sux rocky mouutain oysters

It’s a very fun and addicting game. If your one of those people who enjoy strategy games where you build your empire you’ll love this. The only problem is that I got super far in it and by then u have many many towers on the field and when you add all the enemies it starts lagging really bad to the extent that you hav to pause the game to do something that is as quick and easy as “x” ing out the window
