Nowhere Else and Beyond (NEaB by players) is a fairly new browser-based game with many features not found in most browser-based games. The website also features a chat room, player blogs, and player customized pages for anyone to view.

Some of the features NEaB has are; several trade skills, player vs. player fighting, multiple class specialties, weather, creation of items that anyone in the game can use, owning ones own section in the world completely player customized.

This is the only game I have found that allows players to creates their own permanent, customized items. Literally any item can be created, weapons, armor, useless trinkets, completely your choice. There are a couple limits to creating these items, you need to find the rare Object Inventor, the variables to the item are limited to your characters Intelligence, and the possibility of successfully creating the item is limited to your character Dexterity.

Players have the option (after completing a certain quest) to own their own island in which they can make their own quests, cities, monsters, and dungeons. Once your island meets approval by selected moderators it may be released to the public for any player to visit at anytime.
