This is another brilliant flash tower defense. I am pleased that flash developers are FINALLY taking notice of this gaming genre. Various Warcraft 3 online tower defenses have been uses as templates for creature names, graphics and sound.
The game itself is fairly in depth. You can build arrow, cannon, air, fire, earth, water and rocket towers. All towers have clearly defined abilities, damage, range and upgrades. You can also use lumber in order to research elements or increase your interest rate.

My highest score so far is 63rd with a little over 19k points. I think I can hit 30k without too much trouble but 300k might be a problem. I’ll bet the top 2 users are exploiting a bug or something.

The sounds effects are great. WC3 has so many interesting sound clips. My favorite is the female elf voice that says. “I will attract them with my human call. I’m so wasted, I’m so wasted!”

I just got 27k using a cannon, air and fire tower strategy. There is still a lot of room for improvement.

I just made 43rd with 33k points. I don’t want to give away my building strategy until I think I have maxed it out. I will tell you I use most of my lumber for increasing income rather than tower research.

I have passed all bonus levels and only accumulated 10,000pts?!?!?!?
How the hell would you ever get 40k?
I use only fire towers and upgrade them to the max…. I need help.

I don’t even use rocket towers. I would rather have 25% interest on my gold with the ability to build fire towers.

It is important to only build as many towers as is absolutely necessary to kill the entire wave. This way you are conserving gold to make interest and points on. By the last level I usually have around 20k gold.

nope, water is wasted wood..
For Level 1-5 you need only one cannon on the right side, who can shoot to both sides. Each level one upgrade and the 4th level without nothing..
The first Air-Level can be done with only one Upgraded Air-Tower, one normal on between the top roads. Then destroy them and build more Cannons on the right side. Its a good spot, because you can shoot at the monsters two times.
With your wood you reseach first two times interest, increasing the percentage and first with your third wood explore fire and build them on the same place. Don’t forget to destroy the old cannons, you don’t net them anymore. Be careful with the fast-Levels, for them you need more Fire-Towers, don’t care about immune or air levels.
Just update them once, building new ones is better then upgrade to lvl2.
I got 8 Cannons for Level 19-21, 8 Fire for 29, 30 for the third bonus level. Then you can upgrade them one time more and build up to 50 for the last level, that would be fine..

i dont know how much fire i had exactly in the last level

10 or 12 cannons in level 21 are simply too much. i loose about 10-15 lives, while trying to build as less as possible. loosing 2 lives shows, that you are still build more than you need, like these 2-4 cannons on level 21. building exactly what needed is the key to win..

I agree. I only end up with around 8 cannon towers and 2.5 air towers before moving on to the much stronger fire towers. It seems like I made more gold upgrading fire 4th instead of 3rd though. I’ll have to test it.

I build one then upgrade it as needed. Then I will build additional towers as needed and do the same thing.
I don’t know if anyone has mentioned this yet or not but sell your air towers after you finish the air level.

My high scores are in the 80,000’s.
Just keep upgrading interest. All you need to but/upgrade is cannons. Once you get a perfect stack you’ll hit anywhere from 80+. Also, you want to use the minimum amount of cannons each level, so you just barely beat the level. As for the boss levels, let them go around 2 times.

Score 201,898. No cheats, no exploits!!!! Comments and tips on strategy are welcome.
My observations:
1. even with the same tower placement you can get different results each game
2. the efficiency in the early levels is crucial to score high
(the score depends on money, money depend on efficiency and raise exponentially)
3. there are some extra-tough levels (fast, boss) where buying extra towers just for the level and selling them before the level ends is a good idea
4. you have 20 lives which don’t generate cash. cash does. you can convert some of the lives to cash by delaying tower upgrades

easily. The new Cambrian House Game Warz(still not released, but I’ll let you know when it is) would be the perfect place for people that like this type of game. There are a ton of good reviews on the tower defense website. For example, here’s theFlash Elemental TD. From the look of the nice reviews on the site, I think the website owner would really like to participate with Cambrian House in crowdsourcing Tower defense games.

After each level, sell just one of something, this is one of the ways people are getting such high scores. When you sell that one tower, watch your score, it will go up, but if you sell something else, it will go down. depending on how much accumulated gold you have, the more it rises when selling something just after the round is over. I haven’t read it in any directions yet. the directions do specify that using the “tab” key is a way to stack towers. I don’t understand how this works.

I head off to play games online, I love flash games because they don’t require me to download anything to my computer and the majority of the ones I play are free. Most times I find games I like by accident, or I come across a review like this one onFlash Element TDand then based upon what that person writes, I give it a try or I decide maybe not. Personally I have to say that I liked Tower Defense Flash Maze better but that’s because it was a bit less complicated. As the review of Flash Elemental TD points out,
